Returns
It can happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations, there is something wrong with your order or you want to return your order for another reason. Don't worry, you can easily return items with us. We strive to make the return process as smooth as possible, so that you quickly have a solution that suits you.
Before returning a product, always check the right of withdrawal at the bottom of this page and our return conditions to see if your item is eligible for a return. We appreciate it if you meet the conditions so that we can process it as quickly as possible.

Return costs
In order to make the return process as easy as possible for both the customer and us, we provide the customer with a return label from DHL or DPD during a return shipment. Returns are always at the customer's expense. The costs of the return will be offset against the amount to be refunded for the return at the same rate as the outward shipment. This means that the reimbursement of the outward shipment costs will lapse. Returns are always at the customer's risk. Do you want to return by registered or insured mail? Please let us know in your return notification, additional costs will be charged for this. If additional costs are required to facilitate the return process, these costs will be charged and offset against the amount to be refunded.
Why not free returns?
'Free returns' does not really exist. There are many webshops that offer it, but it is not as attractive as it sounds. Unfortunately, the transport services do not send for free, and the costs for this have to come from somewhere. As a result, almost every webshop that offers 'Free returns' includes the return costs in advance in the prices of the products. In principle, everyone pays return costs on such webshops, even if you do not return anything, and we do not think that is fair. We think it is important to be transparent and honest in our prices, so that you only pay for what you actually buy.
By keeping return costs separate, we ensure that our products remain competitively priced for everyone. Furthermore, this encourages conscious choices when placing an order, which ultimately contributes to a more sustainable way of shopping.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason, with the exception of defects, faults or incorrectly delivered items. After cancellation, you have another 14 days after approval of the return to return your product.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a return for the product in question via the return form. Make sure you fill in everything and are clear and careful with the information regarding the return during registration.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
If you revoke the agreement, we will refund all payments for the order in question that we have received from you, excluding the shipping costs (these will be offset against the return costs and will therefore be cancelled, they will therefore remain as a remaining amount on your invoice), without delay and in any case within 14 days after we have received and approved the products in question. We will refund using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
In order to make the return process as easy as possible for both the customer and us, we provide the customer with a DHL return label during a return shipment. You will receive this by email after approval of the return request. The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the customer and will be settled with the amount to be refunded. This means that the refund of the outward shipping costs will lapse. You can find this in your account or email in the form of a remaining amount on the invoice. You will therefore only receive the purchase price of the returned products. Do you want to return by registered or insured mail? You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or from damage caused by your own fault or unskilled handling.
The customer is always responsible for the entire return process.
