At Mcubes we want you to receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. That is why we work together with DHL and DPD, the leading parcel delivery companies in the world. We offer multiple shipping options, when selecting your shipping method during checkout, please check which shipping method best suits your order and wishes. *Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As a result, orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 days.

The Netherlands:

  • DHL Standard €5.99
  • DHL Standard not with the neighbors € 6.99
  • DHL Insured €9.99

Belgium:

  • DPD Collection Point €4.99
  • DPD Standard €5.99
  • DPD Insured €9.99

For heavy packages above 10 KG an increased rate applies. If you have an order with a weight above 10 KG, check during checkout what the shipping costs will be.

Why no free shipping at mcubes.nl?

At mcubes.nl we consciously choose not to work with 'free shipping'. Although this sounds attractive at first glance, 'free shipping' does not actually exist and the shipping costs for free shipping are often included in the product prices. Unfortunately, the transport services do not ship for free, and the costs for this have to come from somewhere. So with 'free shipping' you essentially pay shipping costs multiple times when ordering multiple products. However, we want to remain transparent and honest about our prices. By keeping the shipping costs separate, you only pay for what you actually buy and not for hidden costs. This ensures that our products remain competitively priced, regardless of the size of your order. Of course, we try to keep the shipping costs as competitive as possible, so that you never pay more than necessary for fast and reliable delivery.

It may happen that we temporarily offer free shipping during special promotions. These are exceptions with which we occasionally want to surprise our customers, but our standard procedure remains transparent and honest, without hidden costs.

In addition, this approach helps us to make sustainable and efficient choices in our logistics, so that we can deliver your order in a fair and responsible manner.

Shipping process

*Orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As a result, orders within the Netherlands are generally delivered the next day, orders to Belgium are generally delivered within 2-3 days. Are you ordering during the weekend? Then your order will be shipped on Monday, so it may take a few days longer before you receive your order. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been shipped and send you a tracking number with which you can follow the progress of your order. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that shipments are delayed during the delivery process of DHL or DPD. You will often receive a message about this or it is visible in the track & trace. Does the delivery take a very long time? Then contact us!

Track & trace

With the tracking number you receive by email, you can follow the progress of your order on the website of the relevant parcel carrier. You can see where your order is, when it will be delivered and at what estimated time.

Receiving process

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation from DHL or DPD. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the parcel carrier will try to deliver the parcel to one of your neighbours. If you do not want your parcel to be delivered to your neighbours, you can select the option 'Not at neighbours' when ordering. If the parcel carrier cannot deliver the parcel to your neighbours and you do not schedule a new delivery date or time, the parcel carrier will leave a delivery notice with information on how to schedule a new delivery date or time. If you do not take any action, the parcel carrier will take your parcel to the nearest service point. You will then receive a message from the parcel carrier with the location and opening hours of the collection point.
